Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Ausun KTV. Our policy operates alongside your statutory rights under ACL.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or finding a better price elsewhere.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange for a product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
Restocking Fee (10%-30%) may apply if the returned item cannot be resold as new.
For hygiene reasons, microphones and other personal audio gear can only be exchanged if faulty.
Faulty Products
Within 30 days of delivery:
Contact our support team or visit an authorized service center.
If the defect is confirmed (not caused by misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications), we will replace the item if stock is available.
*Note: The 30-day replacement guarantee is void if not reported within the timeframe.*
After 30 days (within warranty period):
The product will be sent for inspection and repair.
Ausun KTV reserves the right to assess warranty claims, including manufacturer diagnostics.
Important Notes
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Under ACL, you may be entitled to additional remedies for major failures.
